We encourage a system that allows employees to begin redeeming points within 60 days of implementation. Your onboarding specialist will walk you through the process of creating a program to facilitate this. You can also make adjustments along the way, as your needs change.

There is an easy-to-use catalog creator within your administrative dashboard. The creator gives you the option to add your own items that you will fulfill, or a collection of items that EmpowerPoints will fulfill. The catalog creator provides a wide range of other options, including inventory control, size and color choices, and product ratings.
We offer three forms of payment: Monthly Invoice, ACH, or Credit Card.
If an employee purchases an item that you are designated to fulfill, you will not receive a bill. You will, however, receive an order within the system to fulfill that item. For items that EmpowerPoints fulfills, you will be billed on the 1st day of the month following the order.

Deploying an incentive system will require a commitment from the leadership team of your company. For the system to meet the goals of your organization, you should give access to key executives capable of providing guidance and direction, and of understanding information related to how available financial resources impact the system. You should also dedicate an administrator and an alternate administrator, and provide the contact information for an IT individual who can assist with 3rd party integrations or email whitelisting.
How much individual administration time should I expect to dedicate on a weekly basis, post-implementation?
You should assign one individual as the main administrator, along with an alternate. The amount of time these individuals should expect to dedicate post-implementation will vary, depending on the size of your organization. A small company of 50 employees should expect to dedicate 1-3 hours per week to managing the system in its entirety, whereas a company of 1000 employees should expect to dedicate 10-18 hours per week to managing the system.
